We offer a wide selection of boxing and fitness classes which we can tailor to fit every individuals' needs. We strive to identify and acheive your health and fitness goals while keeping your routine fresh and fun. With over 20 years experience, our staff will guide you to proven methods and results!
Boxing Bootcamp - Our signature class combining boxing drills with a bootcamp twist.
Old School Boxing - Taking it back to the basics. Boxing 101, focusing on form and technique and putting it into action.
Mui Thai Kick Boxing - This class level is designed to introduce fundamental drills, basic offensive and defensive footwork, proper form of punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, as well as loads of cardio and conditioning.
Heavy Hitting Kids Program - Keep your kids moving in a fun and safe environment. They'll learn basic boxing techniques, self control, and respect, while burning calories. (Ages 7-12)
Kettlebell Killer Workout - A class designed upon various kettlebell motions that enhance strength, endurance, and overall performance.
Zumba - Burn calories with interval training in an exciting dance party atmosphere full of Latin and international music.
MMA - Mixed martial arts training, focusing on striking and grappling techniques while both standing and on the ground.
